Nick Booth is a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years experience in commercial
property markets. He started work with Gooch and Wagstaff in the City in
1987 later moving to Drivers Jonas.
For the last 5 years he has run his own property development management
company.
Learning from direct experience of the planning process he has identified a
need for political advice in the context of planning applications in particular
and has formed Rhetoric – Political Planning Advisors Limited.
